Even so, it’s already something of a meme for reviewers like us to say something like “you don’t know what you’re missing until you experience it.” I’m annoyed to say that is 100 percent true. This is a relatively new addition to the world of notebooks.

Most important is the 120Hz refresh rate. On a roof deck, however, the 450-nit screen didn’t feel quite bright enough at max settings - something to keep in mind if you intend to use this on the go. In short, it’s bright, colorful and I never struggled with the viewing angles, regardless of where I was sitting in the house or how much sun was streaming in from outside.
